What precautions should be taken when using the device for the first time?

Before first use or after long-term storage, please insert the battery into the main unit and fully charge it while the machine is off before use.

To extend battery life, it is recommended to charge the battery after each use.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts between 2.5-4 hours, depending on the temperature setting. If the temperature is set at 8°C, the battery lasts for 2.5 hours, while it lasts for 4 hours at 15°C.

What should I do If the battery runs out of power?

You can recharge the battery in the device (with power off), use the device directly with the power adapter without the battery installed, or purchase additional batteries for backup and alternating use.

What can I do to ensure optimal temperature control?

Our temperature-controlled wine device is designed to maintain the ideal drinking temperature. It is recommended to remove the wine from the wine cellar or refrigerator, rather than from room temperature or high temperature environment. When using the product outdoors, please place it in a shaded area and avoid direct sunlight to ensure optimal performance.

Why does the temperature not reach the set temperature?

The room temperature, the diameter of the bottle, and the starting temperature of the wine are related. If the conditions are not ideal, the system may take longer to reach and stabilize the optimal temperature.

Why is it that after being fully charged but not used, I find that the battery is out of power when I want to use it after a while?

The battery will slowly self-discharge when not in use. If the product has not been used for more than 30 days, please fully charge the battery before use.

To maintain battery health:
- Avoid completely draining the battery or storing it at very low charge levels.
- It is recommended to recharge when the battery level reaches 20–30%.
- For long-term storage, keep the battery between 40–60% and recharge every 2–3 months.
- Charging at least once every six months is recommended to maintain battery life.

Can TITAN Portable Decanter Chiller work with other decanters ?

Maybe yes, though performance may vary. The decanter equiped is Ø160 mm × 245 mm with a Ø100 mm flat base designed for full contact with the cooling plate. Other decanters with similar base dimensions can fit, but recessed bases may reduce temperature efficiency.

How long is the product warranty period?

Under normal use, the main unit comes with a 2-year warranty, and the battery has a 1-year warranty. After purchase, please register your product on the Support / Technical Support page to activate warranty services.

What types of bottles can the Lyra Multi-Fit™ Bottle Chiller accommodate?

It is designed to fit standard 750ml wine bottles, sparkling wine, sake, and other bottles with a diameter of approximately 7 to 8.5 cm, making it versatile for various beverages.

How to use Lyra Multi-Fit™ Bottle Chiller?

  1. Place the included ice packs in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  2. Insert the frozen ice packs into the designated slots inside the chiller.
  3. Position your bottle in the center of the chiller and use the adjustable lever to ensure full contact with the ice packs.
  4. Let the bottle cool and enjoy your perfectly chilled drink whenever you like.

How long does the Lyra Multi-Fit™ Bottle Chiller keep drinks cold?

A wine bottle reaches the perfect serving temperature in about 15 minutes and stays chilled for up to 2 hours. The exact duration may vary depending on the ambient temperature and the number of ice packs used.

How many ice packs can I use with the Lyra Multi-Fit™ Bottle Chiller?

The chiller accommodates up to 8 ice packs. You can adjust the number of ice packs to fine-tune the temperature based on your beverage type and preference.

Why can the ice packs be removed individually?

This feature lets you control the cooling intensity for different wines. Unlike traditional ice buckets that chill without regulating temperature, the Lyra Chiller lets you adjust the number of ice packs to reach the ideal serving temperature for white, rosé, or red wine, ensuring the best tasting experience.

How to install ice packs correctly?

- Hold the ice pack handle and insert the protruding part into the groove inside the chiller.
- The magnetic attachment securely holds the pack in place, making installation easy and effortless.

How to clean and maintain Lyra?

- Dampen a soft cloth with diluted neutral detergent and gently wipe the surface of the product.- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal tools, as they may scratch the surface.- After cleaning, place the chiller upside down in a well-ventilated area to dry, and store it away from direct sunlight.

What should I do if the coolant in my ice pack leaks?

Please dispose of it immediately. While the coolant is not harmful, avoid contact with your eyes or mouth to prevent any potential irritation.

What should I do if I feel that the cooling effect of the ice pack is not enough?

- It might not have been frozen long enough. Make sure to freeze it for at least 4 hours before use.
- Ensure that the ice pack is making full contact with the bottle for optimal cooling.
- If the room temperature is high, try using more ice packs to maintain the desired temperature.

What should I do if the bottle isn't cooling down as expected?

- For better cooling, use the maximum of 8 ice packs.
- Allow at least 15 minutes for the cooling process and check the temperature before use.
